CIE is located 45 minutes north of Los Angeles and 45 minutes south of Santa Barbara right off the 101 Freeway in a 22 story office building in a regional financial center. Take the Vineyard Avenue off ramp in Oxnard, going either North or South on the 101 Freeway, and head West for ¼ of a mile. The tall, silver office building is to your immediate left. No cost parking is all around the building. CIE is located on the 9th floor where there are fabulous views of the Pacific Ocean, the Channel Islands and the California coastline.
