Financing

CIE evaluates the applicability and cost of various forms of capital for its clients and, according to their liquidity needs and strategic objectives, identifies and obtains the appropriate source of financing for the specific situation or circumstance. This may include any of the following forms of capital:

  • Senior Debt
  • Mezzanine
  • Equity Capital

Typical funding requirements addressed by CIE include: working capital, capital equipment, growth initiatives, acquisitions, recapitalizations, buy outs, extraordinary events, restructurings and turnarounds. CIE has both an informal and formal network of institutional lenders and equity providers to help satisfy client needs.

Financial Review & Analysis

CIE provides financial reviews, evaluations and feasibility reports. These will typically relate to the client's or another company's financial performance, their financial condition, their financial requirements and their financial prospects. These may take the form of:

  • an actual project [i.e., capitalization analysis and plan, liquidity analysis, industry performance comparative, cash flow projection and review, financial plan, feasibility report, etc.] or
  • a periodic assessment [i.e., financial trends, ratios and comparatives].
