Business Sales

Through its knowledge of and experience in the M&A industry, CIE is able to maximize the price and non-price objectives of its clients. Typically CIE will evaluate the alternatives available to the client and, if appropriate, position the client for the greatest value prior to actively initiating any marketing effort. Once the decision to sell the business has been made, CIE will:

  • Prepare a comprehensive Information Memorandum
  • Solicit, qualify and develop buyer prospects
  • Negotiate purchase price and terms
